Some of the road protesters dug tunnels and then locked themselves onto buried concrete blocks to stop the diggers.  Then swallowed the key.

Sheer bloody insanity.  Even if I wasn't a claustrophobe I wouldn't go that far.

Many years back there was a little German tourist tapping away at one of the sarsen stones at Stonehenge with his little geologists hammer.  He was pounced on very quickly, before he could do any real damage, but insisted very volubly that he only wanted a little bit to take home.

Security saved him from possibly being lynched.
