Politics for Rummies

The stories of several Congressmen and women who have drunkenly "served" their country.
Imperfect Reason My thoughts, such as they are.

Jo Bannister

Politics for Mummies   Based on the idea, not to be sneezed at, that someone experienced in handling temper tantrums would be the ideal choice to sit round the Cabinet table.

Gyppo

Politics for Pricks

A scientific paper, purporting to prove the long established theory that some men quite literally think with their penis, and advancing the suggestion the rest of the life support system need not attend the houses of parliament.

"Will the honourable members please rise."

The Three Buskerteers

The tale of The Stooges on the road.
Imperfect Reason My thoughts, such as they are.

Jo Bannister

The Three Puppeteers  One of the saddest stories ever to come out of Bognor Regis.  After years of running a successful beachfront puppet show, the three Professors - oddly enough, Punch & Judy men are known as Professors - had a massive bust-up over who should operate the crocodile.  It ended up with mothers hustling crying children away while Punch beat Judy bloody with the heavy wooden Crocodile, and the Policeman took them all off to jail.

Marry Pope Ins

The story of highly irregular married popes and lives in Vatican City
Imperfect Reason My thoughts, such as they are.

The Scarlet Pimpernel

Not a sword in sight, but a plethora of plunging, thrusting, evading, and occasional loss of blood.

Jo Bannister

The Starlet Pimpernel  Turned out he was less concerned with freeing aristocrats from the Terror than with getting his face on the silver screen - left profile for preference.

Gyppo

The Scar-less Pimpernel

He was either unbelievably skilled, and lucky, or a master at avoiding any conflict

Jo Bannister

A Midsummer Night's Scream  Hammer thought the old story could do with beefing up a bit.  I mean, warring fairies and men with donkeys' heads, it was all right once, but now people want a bit more pzazz, innit?  They cast Christopher Lee in the part of Fairy Cobweb, and replaced Peter Weaver with Freddie Kruger.

Romeo and Jules

Because love isn't fenced by gender.  Although it has to be said the balcony scene played by two musclebound steroid freaks leaves something to be desired.  The street fighting and swordplay scenes are, somehow, far more believable.

Jo Bannister

Mac And Beth  The Scottish Play, with the addition of a happy ending.

Two Gentlemen with a Boner

Another Shakespearian update, detailing the bawdy romp through the fleshpots of Europe by two gentlemen with nothing better to do.

Jo Bannister

Much Ado About Voting  How Trump lost the last election.

One Flew Over The Cuckold's Nest

The tale of how a horny flight instructor, having seduced the airport manager's wife, was ill-mannered enough to perform a victory roll every time he flew over their house on his way back to the airport.
