Often in life the words can mean the same, but one version simply doesn't work.  Except perhaps in the convoluted mind of a writer.  So here's chance to use words which you would normally reject in your own writing.

Two examples to kick it off.

1)  She'll be circumnavigating the highly elevated geological protrusion when she arrives.

She'll be comin' round the mountain...

2)  I am strongly dis-enamoured of the day immediately following Sunday.

I don't like Mondays.
