Daily Wordle and 247Wordley

All of us at all ages need to regularly exercise our bodies as well as our minds. Use it or lose it is a good phrase to remember and practice.

My tennis friends and I play six days a week and then go to coffee and snacks where we play Wordle and 247Wordley every day. (Connections too, but that may warrant a different thread.)

Today's 247Wordley was started by my dear friend, Richard, who got not one letter right. I proceeded to solve the day's unknown word in three more tries with the only thing that would fit: KEMPT.

I have never heard that word used outside of its polar opposite, but it occurred to me that it had to be a word.

Then I went to Wordle and started with our first daughter's initials and solved Wordle on my third try, making it five 3s and four 2s so far this December. (I got zero letters too on my first try, and only one yellow on my second. )

Does anyone else keep their stats?

I suggested to them that they create Wordley for six letter words and they are considering that very thing.

So I got that goin' for me.
