Gyppo

In utter contrast to yesterday it's dry and bright, and not even particularly cold.  I have all the doors and windows open, as if I was 'airing the van'.  I'm romping around in my shirtsleeves with the Vax, ruthlessly hunting down the dust bunnies..

I'm sure my neighbours think I'm mad.  But as my Uncle used to say, with a deliberately over-the-top manic grin, "There's madness in my method."

I'll probably shut it all down again by 3 PM, earlier if the rain turns up.

Firefly

My dust bunnies don't hide, they roll down the hall with glee  ;D

Very ominous out my window. Storms are a coming

Still bloody raining.  I'll have to dry off the end of the tumble dryer vent pipe when I pull it back in.

Firefly

Clouds don't look so cranky anymore but they are still there. The sun is poking through at the moment. Bloody hot though

Why can't you support my gibberish? I'd do it if you were stupid.

Gyppo

Dry and cold.  Sky flip-flopping between a weak washed out blue and a thin pale overcast, which looks as if it wants to be grey but can't quite summon the energy.

Wind is quite brisk and gusty.

It's bone ass cold here in Connecticut. 10 degrees F, that's -12.2 C. Wind chill through the night will get down to -4 F or -20 C. Brrrrr.

Well the weather is not doing much here.

I suppose that is because as the temperature gets closer and closer to absolute zero, even the molecules stop vibrating.

Jo Bannister

Sharp frost first thing; waiting for it to clear before I go up to the horse.  Iron shoes and frosty roads are not a good combination!

Cathy C

Frost here, too, with a cloudless blue sky. Looks lovely, but I'm in no rush to go outside. ;D

Spell Chick

Since I'm here usually first thing in the morning, the weather is consistently dark.

Yesterday, it was overcast and spitting misty rain on and off. However, my workout was a half mile run, 40 situps, another half mile run. That would have miserable in 42 F rain. But it didn't rain until on my way home from the gym. Then it stopped while Dick had a chance to go and play a round of golf in the afternoon.
Imperfect Reason My thoughts, such as they are.

Sunny and mild. The sun is really low in the sky at this time of year, so driving is a pain if you are heading South. Otherwise, rather lovely. I can see snow on hills in the not-too-distance.

Laura

It's really cold. Going down to single digits by the weekend. We don't do cold well in my neck of the woods.  :(

Firefly

Scattered cloud here but it will reach 35'C which is rather lovely.
