Or give it a good kicking if polite words don't work.
Appreciate the engineering approach.

How do we report anomalies?

I clicked Quote on Gyppo's fire note, and I received the whole entire paper trail - I don't think we need that?

You definitely don't.  As far as I know I've done nothing different at this end.  We need tech Support.

Yes agree with all said including board name changes.

Karl will be all over any little bumps in the road. I don't think he expected so many to jump on board before he had walled things up but he also would appreciate the input.

Wouldn't you just hit report to moderator like the old place mate?

And then to whom and how does the moderator pass the problem on?

I don't know what happened above, but when I hit quote, I only got the one post quoted, not the whole page.

I don't know how much better than Welcome Board we can get, but I suppose Greetings would work.

Thanks Patti, they sound good, I'll pass them on but Karl will probably see them here anyway

You read my mind.

Yes, a thousand times to this, Firefly (or Karl if you’re strolling through  :) ). Even to an infrequent visitor, discussions/arguments over how heavy or light of a hand to use seemed to be a regular point of contention. Perhaps these options will keep some off that hamster wheel and foster more of a community feel.

I do like the idea of separating the critiques by level. And I agree about keeping the basic template, with tweaks and name changes for the new digs.

Now, what happened to that Fred guy you hired? I have it on good authority that Bones is tunneling his way over as we speak, but that could take ages and I'm thirsty.

Oh, and here's another post since I intend to keep up with FF this time. She got a head start before.
