I have in front of me on my desk, a copy of The Severed Hands.  :)

Amazon has kindly printed a notice on the cover - Not for Resale - just in case I'm tempted to try and make an extra few quid by flogging it on eBay.

The book looks good and feels substantial in the hand. And I reckon if you were to wallop a mungo with it, it would would make a satisfying flump sound.
