Just to let you know I'm not sulking, I'm off-line till my laptop can be (a) repaired, and (b) returned to me despite the lock-down.  I'm borrowing a friend's lap-top for this post.  Anyone desperate for my advice - someone? anyone? - will have to wait another week or so.  In the meantime, enjoy.

Yeah, how can I make a million dollars, Jo? Kidding aside, I know the frustration of not having access to my computer or the Internet. I cycle over a hundred miles a week, and hike another 20 or so but must spend more time at my keyboard than I realize. And there's my honey-do list... :)

To refine Gyppo's advice, the absolute best way to make a small fortune is to start of with a big fortune and a sure-fire idea for a book!
