Here's a new one. In order to find a way through the corvid confusion, my publishers decided to bring "Dangerous Pursuits" out a month early! And forgot to tell me, but I'm forgiving them that one because it seems to have been a good call. I got the publication advance early, but I thought they were just clearing the decks while they could; and my author copies were supposed to have been sent by the warehouse, but some confusion there meant they weren't, so I didn't know what was going on. I thought perhaps they'd decided to delay publication.
But no. It's out now in the UK, and shortly in the US, if anybody wants to follow it up. Publishers Severn House.
