Yes, but I can't remember how.  Gyppo'll explain.  Or try clicking on "insert an image", next to the YouTube icon above.

It's been awhile, but I just poked around found that by opening the reply window and dragging the file from my desktop, I was able to add this photo.

You'll need to drag them to that bar below, and you have to include text in order to post.
